Pending Deletion

    My old domain is in "Pending Deletion" status for 5 days.

    I cannot add the new domain to my license.

    Furthermore, it looks like I will get a HTTP500 error if I try to install the scripts in the new domain.

    Are the 500 error and pending deletion related?

    Please cancel the old domain ASAP.

    I have request the deletion since the 8th, and today is the 14th.

    Is there any people working at the help desk?

    I have the same situation, plus free version don't build/rebuild .htaccess, missing files in download, etc., etc., etc. Have submitted numerous tickets, but without any response from eSyndicat. Tried deleting domain, status remain "pending", etc., etc. Is this software at all functional? Pity, seems such a great concept, if only one can get it to work.
    Since everybody is having the same problems, perhaps the auto troubleshoot facility could just include more detail and at least cover the general queries?

    PLEASE HELP :-(
