Internal Server Error after installation

    I've just installed the free version of eSyndiCat (1.5) and it seems that this will be a great program, but I have a... problem. Take a look at this page: - this is where "the directory" was supposed to be. As you can see it's only Internal Server Error there and I really don't know why.

    I can enter and I can create new categories and everything, but I can't see the dirrectory itself.

    Any ideas what's happening?

    great, now I can't even enter admin panel... and I didn't do anything

    try to remove the .htaccess file first (if available or maybe the file is invisible...)

    was there a .htaccess file?
    what ftp client are you using?

    yep, there was a .htaccess file (several files in different folders) and I use SmartFtp (1.5)

    that's strange, there should be something wrong with running the php scripts (other files are ok)

    try to place a file into the "dir" directory with the code phpinfo() and check if you can access this file

    yep! there's something wrong with this... php thing - testing.php doesn't work...
    oh boy, am I going to have a fight in the morning :rtfm:

    I think, it is something wrong with your hosting company.
