Delay with replies - Monday, Tuesday offs

    Hi,
    We are sorry for the delay with reply. We have repair works in the office and we expected them to be completed by Monday. Unfortunately our workers were unable to complete all the work in time and we will start working on Wednesday.

    Again, we are really sorry for the support interruption.

    I have help desk tickets and PM's and Posts pending for two weeks..
    No reply at all.

    Not sure what is going on - Never had his much delay.

    I for one have no idea what is going on around here anymore.
    It's sad. My posts in the moderators forum are also ignored.

    I got one of the issues resolved ..

    Looks like they are back..

    I don't mind paying to keep the staff on board - but sure would like to have support.
