Thanks.. Never though to look there.. Do you think, since I was getting the bounce back emails from that email address, that its possible that the user who have submitted thier links never recieve the acceptance email ?

I'm sorry

I would not know for sure but it is quite possible

why not try a test post yourself with the esyn email still in admin

and see if you get an acceptance email - just a thought
