Default forget modules now...

Hi
Please do not use our modules now. Everything is installed by default. It's still in beta testing. I will release a patch in about a month with some new features(in module forms I hope) and you will have many chances to check modules functionality

I have seen that
Well, then you should manually check your configs table and remove some duplicated records for paypal configuration.

Default Same Problem - Don't Understand How to Fix

Hello Simon -

I believe that I did this too, as I just received your script and worked my way through it last night -- thought installing desired modules was the right thing to do.

I cannot understand your directions, which I have quoted above.

I would like to make two suggestions:
1- Could you please place notes/help icons in next versions of program to warn/explain some of these things? A note could warn customers not to use the modules yet. A help icon could link to the relevant section on the help WIKI.

2 - I am showing a screenshot (below) of the "Manage Database" area for what I believe is the "config" table? I suggest we begin creating screenshots to help people know where to go in the admin console, provide before and after illustrations, and build the WIKI help area in a visual way.

Is this where and how you recommend we make changes? If not, could you please provide step-by-step instructions on how to do so.

Thanks -
Scott

Hi Scott, I would advice you how to make changes in your database. It's better to use phpMyAdmin for such tasks. Open it and choose database which eSyndiCat uses from the left side menu. Now you should click to "dir_config" table, then "Browse" tab at the top menu. Now you can see rows which this table contains. Here you should check duplicated records for paypal configuration and do not forget that you have a few pages here, which you can switch at the bottom of the page.
