how am i able to fix the footer and header if i want to with glassy theme latest version

bellaboo, the Glassy template files are located in templates/Glassy/ (header.tpl & footer.tpl)

bellaboo It depends on what you want to change. Please describe the changes you want to do.

sorry my fault, basically i want the footer to stay visable at all times so when you scroll down the page you can see the footer all the time ie (the bottom menu bar and the powered by section in the blue box) thanx

Actually footer should be visible on any page.
Please submit a ticket at our HELPDESK with the links where the footer is not displayed.

you can fixed header and footer with the help of css. you can defind in your css div#footer{

bottom:0;
left:0;
width:100%;

}
