Where do i change text on Plugins?

Hi, Where do i change the text on favorites, i've found the obvious but it the text on the page thats the problem, it is spelt differently in the UK. ie favourites not favorites.
If someone can help point me to the right file/s id be very greatful.

you can change the text of plugin file go to read me file and change the text...
