Moving problems
Hi, I have almost pulled all my hair out, as I just can not get this move done and I don't know why.
Here is the problem. I am hosting my site on godaddy now, and want to move it to my webair server. Problem is, It is not working on the new server and their support and my programmer both have no idea why. Does anyone have any experience moving a site and how to get it done right? Please help if you have any info. Please do not say just keep hosting it on Godaddy, as I am tired of paying their high hosting fee.  Thanks in advance! |

BTW, anyone know how long it takes to get a response for a ticket submitted to the help desk?
amazingly enough, I can now not get into see my ticket I submitted hours ago as somehow my username and pass don't work. This is getting too frustrating. |
