Help with getting started with the hosted version

Hi, I've just purchased the hosted version but don't know what to do next. I can't seem to assign my domain to anything as the hosting purchase hasn't registered.

I'm assuming I don't need to download anything if I'm using the hosted version?

Do I also need to buy a licence if I use the hosted version?

Sorry if the questions are a bit silly but I'm struggling with this already.
