I have installed directory on my ftp account and i have configured permission 777, but i cannot go on.
The sistem don't know my account and license, and now i receive blank page with error: 500.htm
Can you help me?

I have send you a ticket number QMJ-162277, there is my CPANEL account and FTP (FTP user and password is same to CPANEL).
