No we don't have it yet. We have three packages now:

articles package

web directory script package

auto classifieds

Realty is the next package in our TODO list and of course we will make improvements for the existing packages

When designing the real estate package, try to have it so that:

1. It can handle multiple real estate agencies

2. can handle multiple sales agents within an agency

This way, multiple agencies can list their stuff and specify which agent handles which properties.

3. Might be cool, too, if the agency could select a template for displaying their properties. Meaning, Agency-A likes template-1 but Agency-B likes template-2

Thanks for your ideas. We greatly appreciate them.

We will have different kinds of memberships there and we will try to make an option to add/manage dealers for agencies. Of course the very first version will not have any memberships BUT I like so far what we already have. I think it's already a quite competitive product. We will release it pretty soon as we have released our core version so now we will make some efforts to complete Realty Package asap.

hello out there
for real estate agents / brokers it is necessary to select and form there own portfolio -there own listings, as it is for customers to hold control about there property, a like.

This would be possible if the software allow to switch/transfer the listed properties in between the users - for to set up specialized listings.

Explain.: Autor/user1 add property details in to his account, the description photo etc.-
AND the user1 set radio buttons (private, agent xyID or all) active and allow to "switch/transfer" this listed property into a other users2 account (private, agent xyID or all).
like this agent have lot more listing and exact like he need and the vendor have a multiple choice to sell.

>If owner delete his property all other "venders" got a message - if property is in sale process, this particular agent can set property on hold during the time of trade - a day or two.
think about it.

same tool will be very good for classifieds A-Z and articles, too!!!
