Default Paid Friday 12/14 - Still no download, No response

Hello,

I've been trying to email the sales team but I am not getting a response so I am going to try this forum to get a response.

I paid on Friday 12/14 through PayPal and was declined by 2CO on Sunday 12/16 for some odd reason but they took my money.

After requesting a refund, Simon finally emails me on Monday 12/17 to tell my I've been refunded and If I still want the software to send the funds directly to their paypal account. I send money right away.

After numerous emails, I have yet to hear from anybody. So 5 days has past and I am still trying to just download this software.

This is the most frustrating software purchase I have ever made.

eSundiCat Sales Team - Please help me. I just want the software so I can get going on my project.

I'm sorry for this delay. In most cases related to payments the things don't depend on our team.

It was weekend when 2checkout did not pass your order. I do not know why We are not responsible for their anti fraud team...

I finally got access to download. It looks like emails to you are being delayed:

So looks like you didn't get my emails and that could be the miscommunication problem.

Anyways, I got this installed and the software looks great so far.

Thanks I'm just glad to get this resolved and I am very happy with the software.

I have a similar problem, I made the payment for the upgrade to 5 licenses, I am wrote several e-mails and forward the recipe from 2checkout to you and nobody response to me. What is wrong?
