Hello to all,
I´m an absolute Newbie and so I have some questions what to do after installation.
1: how can I edit "index"site? On admin panel "manage pages" it´s not possible, you can edit only sites like "about us" ecc but not first side!

2. How can I change esyndicat logo into mine? I have an jpg.one, which seize do you suggest?

To edit "index" site you will have to edit index.tpl file but remember that all categories will be using same index.tpl file unless you create a unique one...

Logo image is located in the templates/your_template/img/ folder
The standard logo is a logo.gif image 180x52 pixels.
You can just replace the existing one with your own logo.gif image.

If you will be using different name or different image format (like jpg or png) - you will need also edit header.tpl file.

The section with logo is clearly marked:

where can I find

and
"the templates/your_template/img/ folder""?

On adminPanel?
Like I´ve told you, I´m an absolute beginner, thanks for your patience with me!

Hi victoreous and welcome to our Support Forum!

You should find those files on the server where your directory installed.

On root folder you will see admin, ads, backup, ..., updates, uploads folders and .htaccess, click-count.php, contacts.php, ..., view-link.php, yahoo-feed.php files. Among these folders please open templates folder, then you will see GreenLeaves or other folders. These are template folders that you should modify. Open the folder of your current template and edit index.tpl and other files which WTM asked you to edit.

Please first of all make a backup of the files you edited just to be on the safe side.
