Need to disable listing creation for certain account types

Hello,

I have two types of people who will be visiting my site.

Account type 1:
People who will be posting their listings.

Account type 2:
People who will be using the site but not posting any listings. I would like to have them create an account so that I can collect their information (from Facebook plug-in or manually entered). I also want them to have the ability to comment and do other things that a non-logged in person can do.

Basically all that I want to do is hide the portion of the site which would allow Account type 2 people to NOT have the ability to create listings. I want to hide things like "account-listings.html" & suggest-listing.php ( and any others that are associated with the functionality of creating or suggesting a listing.

Any help would be much appreciated. I have created a few sites with esyndicat and am quite familiar with how it works etc. I am just unsure of how to accomplish this.

And also If there is a way to change the information that is asked for based on the account type they choose (1 or 2).

I'm sorry there is no way to do this in current version. This feature has been implemented in our subrion web directory though and it has powerful privileges system.
