seems that it all works in changing the server unless the categories that do not appear on the home and give a lot of errors

Please clarify what version you have. It looks like you might have incorrect categories structure. Please let us know what ID value your ROOT category has.

Run this query in Admin Panel → Manage Database:

UPDATE `{prefix}categories` SET `id` = '0', `parent_id` = '-1' WHERE `title` = 'ROOT';
