Default Modifying GreenLeaves

Hi all...

I am in the process of creating a new template based off of the default GreenLeaves template.

I have the following question:

Instead of CSS based top navigation where the nav links are text links, I want to use individual images for each navigation option (i.e. an image for Home, one for Suggest Link, one for Suggest Category, etc...).

Most of the nav options are easy enough to hard code into the new header.tpl but Suggest Link and Suggest Category have me stumped, since they have the category id of the category being submitted to or suggested to appended to suggest-link.php and suggest-category.php.

How can I hardcode <a href="suggest-link.php"><img src="images/link.gif"></a> and still have the '?id=' dynamically append to the end of the 'suggest-link.php' part of the a href tag?

Does that make sense?

Best,

Cynthia
