Thx

Second paragraph:

Most Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts teach you how to optimize a web page for good search engine ranking, but not everybody tell you what you must NOT do in order to avoid over optimization penalty.

Now I have 2 links from these paragraphs to my site. These links are quality links because they are anchor text links, have my most important keywords and coming from the article related to my niche.

Please remember your article should be indexed by SE and cannot be in supplemental index, otherwise the links will be almost useless.

I hope this helps.

I don’t want to scare out eSyndicat customers. eSyndicat script is very good for directory purpose.

But if your purpose to build the links to your moneymaking site and get good positions in serps, there are a lot of much better methods than directory script.

To get the best results you need to combine all (or at least the biggest portion) SEO techniques together. Just an article may not help you as well.

I can’t really suggest you something, as I know nothing about your business.

AFAIK google bot does not understand redirects. So there are two ways to avoid this - use redirects instead of direct links to those sites and have no follow attribute in links. Though I'm not sure about no-follow
But here another issue arises. There are not so many webmasters who want to have a listing from this kind of directories. They get no benefit from this link except minimal traffic

submit your site to other directories and blogs that would increase your PR.

if you only allow reciprocal links that should do good.

Thanks

I did quick look on your site.
Well, your site design (coding) is absolutely not SE-friendly.
Take a look here to see what your site will look like in search-engine results.

As your site design is not SE-friendly it will never appear in Serps naturally.
It will be very hard to achieve good positions in organic serps with site design this way. Everything is possible, but it will be very hard and just natural and free SEO techniques will not help in your situation.

If you really want to get good positions in organic Serps, first I would seriously think about SE-friendly redesign of your site. Then you may implement search-engine optimization techniques like keywords research (to find out what people in your niche looking for), content creation and optimization for your keywords, links building (anchor text links with your keywords) and so on…
