downloading plugins
2.3 was installed last night by your team. I've tried to install plugins but there is no Install icon on the page "manage Plugins". Likewise there is no section marked templates in the configuration section. What am I doing wrong?

downloading plugins
you are not install plugin properly.first of all read the readme text file .readme txt files explain step of install the plugin.follows plugin step and again install the plugin.

Just in case someone has similar issues. It's possible you tried to upload incompatible plugins for your new version.
