upload image - editor

Hi, I have a problem, I create a block fo a banner, but when I use de editor to upload the image ( "image properties/Uploads"), it did'it, but the image got lost.

Finally I upload the image bt FTP and change the name in the HTML tag in the blok editor.

I uploaded the images that way, but I need the editor working, not all administrator knows about html and FTP.

I opened a ticket in the help desk on march 12 but i don't have any response...

Please help me!!
