It is very important thing and I am not very clear from the license agreement, thats why wanted to ask here.
Can I remove copyright notice © 2005-2010 Powered by eSyndiCat Directory Software Designed by: The Broadest Directory Sponsored by: Domaining.in From my directory's front end? Can any of text or link could be modified? If yes then upto what extent. I am using Free Version only  |

simple answer: you can't...
to be allowed to remove the coyright notice you have to buy the paid version... and you will have to keep the DESIGNED BY and the SPONSORED BY as those are from the designer that is "giving" the template you are using for "free" (in exchange for those links) |

I have paid version, but still cant really find where I can remove the powered by esyndicate at the bottom of the webpage. Can someone help. thanks

You can remove the link in footer.tpl file in your templates/template_name/ folder.
