Installation problem

Hey everyone,
since the support doent want to help with the tickets I submitted, I am going to ask here in public.

I am trying to install new scripts on new websites and I getting only to the page where I have to put my username and license key, but this is it, after that nothing happen. I never got this issue !!!

Anyone else got the same problem before?

Any comments on the subject will be appreciated.

I am in the same position. No one responds from the support department (well I was asked for my FTP details) but no communication and no fix.

Have they fixed your problem yet?

Hello,

Well, for 3 days now I am trying to get some answers from the Support regarding: EXACTLY the same INSTALLATION PROBLEM".

The installation page doesn't accept my username and licence key, eventhough I purchased the unlimited domains version 4 years ago, and was able to install the script on another sites.

I can't drag & drop the new domain name in the Manage Products, and the Help Support responds: "If you need help, contact us, we will be happy to help you".

What am I supposed to do? Does anyone have a solution?

problems with the license can't be solved by anyone else except our sales department.

I still can't install the script (after replacing the admin/util.php file);

I purchased the unlimited script.

It is now 4 days I am trying the installation, and get the problem bo be fixed!

no, it's not the problem with a path.
It's a problem with the code of license verification, that's why I need your FTP

I just can't learn what is the exact problem without accessing the files, because the problem is rather specific.
I only can guess what's the problem.
Please download the file util.php attached bellow and replace ./admin/util.php file with it.
I can't ensure you that this will fix the problem.

You can delete my post... I was the dumb here... I managed to get it working...
