Help with plugins

Hi

I have just paid for your script but don't have access to the pro area as yet. Just a few queries:

1) Is it possible to have a company add multiple locations rather than just one when adding a listing? Eg London and Hampshire? So like for the categories have cross links for locations?

2) When I try to add an article, using the plugin, I get this message: Error: Requested URL not found (404)?

3) Why would the captcha images not be showing? Is it better to use recaptcha?

4) Has anyone else had this problem: WARNING: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'username'@'localhost' (using password: YES) [ 18 Jun 2010 21:35:32 ] in includes/classes/eSyndiCat.php(344) : eval()'d code:7
