Default Script errors after upgrading Ubuntu 9.10 to 10.04
I'm getting:

Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in header.php on line 39

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_GOTO, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or '$' in header.php on line 123

I see it's related to newer PHP version, can someone help me?
