install error

hello,I download the eSyndicat omega 1.6 ,but when i setup ,i got nothing but a error message ,it said:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '(', expecting T_STRING in E:\myweb\xampp\htdocs\fenlei\includes\header.php on line 64

Can you give me some suggestion to make it work?
