I plan to buy the unlimited license of this script but I have few question to be answered
1.Does unlimited have any restriction ?
2.If is decide to sell one of my directories after some time should that other person who is buying buy a single domain license(remember I am speaking about unlimited domain license) from you
3. Will I get free updates and access to all future releases(next version)
4.is paypal accepted (how long is wait time to receive download link)
5. are all templates(ie all color combos) shown in the demo available with the package

Sorry i am only a Moderator, but i have been around here for quite a while and I will try to answer your questions as best as possible. If the esyn guys see something a miss they will just correct it if i am wrong :)

1.Does unlimited have any restriction ? As to what? If you mean number of websites no i don't think so, the restriction may come that they have to be all yours.
2.If is decide to sell one of my directories after some time should that other person who is buying buy a single domain license(remember I am speaking about unlimited domain license) from you If you sell your domain + directory, i would think that they need to have a licence under their name, which may mean them purchasing that separately.
3. Will I get free updates and access to all future releases(next version) Yes
4.is paypal accepted (how long is wait time to receive download link) Paypal is accepted and normally instant, it the other one which takes a while for authorisation.
5. are all templates(ie all color combos) shown in the demo available with the package You can choose which ever template is in the download section for the Version you buy. I think that one is in there.

1. Please read our license agreement. You may install it on your domains only and you can not offer it to any your customers or anybody else
2. That's right. You will have to purchase additional license
3. Yes, you will :)
4. Yes, you can purchase via PayPal
5. You can download them later, anytime you need them
6. No, you may remove it in Pro
7. You should inform us about all your domains.

ie how difficult is it to convert a HTML template to esyndicat

I guess it is not difficult, if you have a little knowledge of HTML. The eSyndiCat use the Smarty Template Engine. For more information about a Smarty you could read here http://smarty.php.net

i have just brought one domain license
i will definitely upgrade to unlimited license just after i get some money.
i need not enter a domain name so how do you verify a valid license :?)
PS: now should i pay $100 for unlimited license since I have already brought a single domain license.

Just believe - we have a way to check that. We do not limit using our software by domain name, we limit it by their numbers. And.. If you do want to upgrade your license to unlimited one it will cost just $100.
