Hi

My hosting company tells me that under the hosting plan I have, instead of Apache it is IIS. I have no idea what this means but is this suitable for this directory script or does it have to be Apache?

You haven't possibilities to use apache mod_rewrite in this case. Would you use another hosting company?

I will try to explain in more details. Our software uses Apache mod_rewrite in order to make seo friendly URLs. Pro version allows to enable/disable mod_rewrite functionality but in this case your urls will look like
index.php?category=XX for example. We would advise to change your hosting company.
