Installation Error

I am getting this error after installation

Fatal error: Smarty error: unable to write to $compile_dir '/hsphere/local/home/aanporta/gulfwebdirectory.com/tmp'. Be sure $compile_dir is writable by the web server user. in /hsphere/local/home/aanporta/gulfwebdirectory.com/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1095

Did you follow this step from install.txt?



5. PERMISSION ADJUSTMENTS

Go to the directory where you uploaded the script.

In your command line issue the following commands:

chmod 777 backup
chmod 777 tmp
chmod 777 uploads
chmod 777 includes/config.inc.php
chmod 777 language/*
chmod 777 templates/<template_name>/css/style.css

Where <language> is the actual language you use for the script, and <template_name> is the actual name of template.

Yes i did every thing but still the same response also there is one another portal of mine www.middleeast-automobiles.com links are not working it was fine before but i dont know what happend ?
