error 404

I am having problems with new intall anybody tell me why when i click the homepage icon ( popular links)

It shows up as (Html) ?

http://tnauctions.com/directory/popular-links.html

this is also happening with a few other icons on my homepage and give error code 404

Is this something in Admin that needs to be changed for this to stop?
