I have looked through and cant find how to install. Do I just upload these files and overwrite the old one or is there more to it than that?

That's the general idea, but before you do back up all your files to a separate local directory, especially if you've made any changes to any of the files in the .zip, or the Greenleaves template.

Make sure you add the full path url in cron.php and the sponsored cron.
Also, the language file, you need to add the line of text to your language file.

Yes, you should just reupload the file + you have a file in your language directory. Copy those lines to your English language file. No need to upload add_to_language_file.txt file in your language file.
