Javascript in header..

Hi..

I just about finished porting my "old" dir. script to eSyndiCat..

There's just a couple things I really would like to get some help on..

Where to put header javascripts? Such as bookmark script... and other header scripts..
When I tried to put it in header.tpl the site wouldn't load at all. Error on line something where the script is located in header.tpl.

Have tried the site in both IE and Firefox, and it runs nice.. One thing dough, When adding alot of categories (30 +) and at the same time displaying subcats under these. The page hangs when fooling around the cats in firefox.. not in IE. Could not find what did it, maybe my design!!? or the script. You should look into that..

I had to make smaller directory listings, and more subcats to get around this prob. couple hours more work, but hey.. it was worth it ;)

I also experienced that the script blocks my subdomains after install. I have to put my browser to www.domain.com/blog/index.php instead og www.blog.domain.com, is there anywhere these blocks can be released? htaccess pr happs...!?

And the last thing is a css thingy with center h1 txt in IE and left h1 in FF. What do I put in the style.css to get h1 showing to to left in both browsers?

By the way, give me som feedback on the site eey? Not finished, but it's getting there ;)

For the javascriipt, try wrapping it with - {literal} code here {/literal}

For the subdomains see if this helps.

For the h1 try adding text-align: left; to that (h1) tag in your css file.

It's a normal thing. We have no deactivated functions in our FREE version.

Did you test that possible bug I told you about? was wondering if it was my design, or just Firefox that's not compatible when there is many categories on one page. Is there a simple "command" that implements paging? Guess Smarty is used for that in the links showing div?

I do not have any knowledge of smarty, but it seems really cool..

Was also thinking of buying the script, do I have to start modifying a new package with templates again? Upload the whole site with the bought version again?

Yes, I tested it. It's not related with you custom template or something else. We will realese Last Free Version later, which will have no such bugs.

Unfortunately yes, but all your old links and categories can be import from free to pro version. Anyway I would recommend you to by PRO version, as we are improving our PRO version much more intensive then Free version.
