I know this script is only $49 but surely it should work properly and not be causing all these problems, I feel this is verging on gaining monies by deception.

Most of the problems are very minor and dont hurt the directory, the take some extra features away is all. I've already made my money back in the first week with the script so I'm happy with it. Atleast you can get support for this script

I agree that refunds are only issued for software failure. Refunds are not issued for server failure/issues, lack of features or if your server does not meet the Software Requirements. Refunds are determined on individual circumstances and only issued once our technical staff determine that eSyndiCat PRO is unable to run on your server. Refunds are not available after 1 month from purchase date.

I have asked you twice now to take this up with Simon You have done nothing but complain. It runs on your server. There are bugs, yes. They will be fixed. You didn't list what you felt were deceptions. I'm going to lock this thread and Simon can reply to it either here or however. Simon this is just another person trying to get a free script. In my opinion, do not give this person their money back.
