customers getting error for upgrade link

My customers are getting the following error when they click the ugprade link next to their listing.

Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by reference in /home/thenetco/public_html/tnc/upgrade-listing.php on line 33

Could use some help on this one.

Thanks, but I found the problem.

The issue was with PHP 5.05 that I had upgraded my server to today. It seems that it does not work well with this portion of the software. I moved the system back down to 4.4 as I am figuring that you guys are still working out the kinks with PHP version 5 series.

In most cases it's easy to fix problems related with PHP version. We are working now on this issue.

I would prefer to upgrade to version 5.05 so if there is a quick and easy fix I would like that, but if it is going to be fixed with the new version coming out in a few days than I can wait. It is not that long. Also is there any update as to when we would see this new version yet?

We hope that the new version will be absolutely compatible with php 5.x. Of course we will announce you about new version release as soon as it will be available for download.

I am only a tad bit impatient waiting on it. I can hardly wait to see what new features there are going to be. As I said in a different thread though I am mostly hoping for the paid feature upon signup.
