admin login wrong why

hello all im new to this script
so im trying the free script
i upload the script and i did all the steps mentioned through the website
and when i press the install it give me this

Note, you should have database created. If any problems occured during installation process, do not hesitate to ask questions in our support forum.
Executing SQL structure... OK
Preparing configuration file... OK
Writing config file... OK
Now please completely remove 'install' directory and click Continue.


but after i press continue and i enter the admin password and user name that i've entered before it gives me this error Authentication failed
and if i entered the right password it will not move nothing will happen only the login page will show again ??

any ideas guys let me try this script ??

hi :) welcome to our support forums
and do not forget to login before posting ;)

it seems installation was successful. May be you have cookies disabled. Anyway you can check your password in phpMyAdmin table admins.
Let me know in case there are any other troubles

i checked the database and they are the same as im trying

and about the cookies its working

but i dont know why its not accepting to proceed ??
