Raghhav,
Sorry for the late reply, has this been resolved? If not, log into your esyndicat account, go to Manage domains and add you domain. download software. When prompted, copy and past your licensing information.
If you need more help, let me know.

I must confess one thing though forum is dead and do not get reverts and help but you guys have done one good thing, the script which you have developed is an excellent one and its THE BEST script in the world. I have used more than 5 different scripts as of now, honestly yours is the BEST OF ALL. Great job and I thank you to all those brains which was involved in developing one such amazing script.

Ok I am lost...
What do I need to register before buying?
are you talking about forum registration? or
some other type of registration...
Thanks

before buying the product i did not register myself on the customer area section, eventually i created my account with my paypal id hence everything went through. To enable the privileges for activating your software, you need to register in customer area on the main site, i.e., esyndicat.com for easy process.
Good luck with your purchase and am happy with this great script.

I am still a little concerned about ordering...what if i have a lic
issue? Is their script totally reliant on a lic server? I am concerned
if I have a problem then support is not around to fix any issues....

And what is the purpose of your site?

I really dont know on lic but its working fine with me and am a unlimited license holder of this script. so before ordering, i tested on 2 domains then i bought unlimited version, its good and easy to configure. probably thats why they dont answer the threads. Every possible mod is available and every bit is fine, rest is upto you as you are the decision maker.

Greetings
You should not be concerned at all. We are in business for more than 5 years and we really had good and bad times in support :( Greg, David know this. Anyway, we are still in business and not going to stop development and support in any way.
I see a lot of posts here related to this, but we set a higher level of priority for our helpdesk and now we have much less tickets. That's the reason for some answered posts here.

Thanks for your feedback :) This guy wrote to me personally and got reply within few minutes.
Note we don't provide support on weekends and we work in +5 GMT. This could be a reason for delay sometimes.

Yep. There's been some bad times but I would say the good times out number the bad times. Kinda like life. :) There's the good and the bad times. Trouble is with the internet, it's a "I want it now" attitude. :(
I've been one of your biggest critics when support is lacking. But I hope you took/take it as constructive criticism.
Hell, I wouldn't of hung around this place for the last 5 years if I didn't believe you guys created a great script and are some of the few good guys out here in this wacky world of the internet.
Life has has it's up and downs. I'm waiting myself for the "up" period in my life again. :)
This old guy best quit rambling on. :bum-bum: :)
