Admin Password Problem

Hi guys.
I'm using 1.6 version and I've forgot my admin password. I'm trying to get a new password but I do not receive a new one. There is not any explanation about this. How can I fix this?

I guess u need to change it from phpmyadmin. If not contact support with your ftp credentials and they will sort it out for you.

Admin panel provide the forget password option.If it is not there then you can mail the administrator.
