Changing Catagories title

I'm including this link just to make my question more clear on my recent instalation at

http://illinois.connectgo.com/

where it says Categories under Illinois Business Directory

How do I change the text of "Categories" to say "Cities"

Admin Panel » Language Manager
Click on "Search in Phrases"
Do a search for "Categories"
The one that is at the "frontend" is the one you want to edit (I believe?)
Double click under the value column "Categories"
Then you can change it to "Cities"
