I have looked over the script and it appears nice. I have also looked through the admin area with the finance. I still have a couple of questions.

1 - The payment area, does it support subscriptions?
2 - Reciprocal links, are they checked by cron?

1. You can create a paid plan for links(it will be like subscriptions) and a free plan.
2. Yes, they are checked by cron.
