Specialty website questions

I'm ready to purchase lisense but have a few questions. This is a specialty site.
1. I would like to charge members to register and add banner/text ads. Can this be done.
2. My site is a banner/text ads site that will offer banners/text ads for businesses in local areas (city & state). Each major city will have their own page. I would like them to be able to sign up and choose a city or state they would like to have their banner in and set it up. Each city and state will have it's own page with banners placed vertical on page with up to 20 banners per page.
3. Can members upload banners for their listings?
4. I also would like to set up a page where they may post their press release.
5. I notice news feeds on some sites. Are these java scripts? I would really like to have news on left side.
6. Can different rates be set up for top sites, new sites, etc.
7. How many templates do I have to choose from?

I will try to clarify your questions about our directory script

#1. By default it can be done, but this can be done as a custom modification based of a separate quote. In our script we charge for link not for registration.
#2. You can add additional fields like banner url, banner image, etc. directly in admin panel.
#3. Sure. See #2 answer.
#4. Not exactly. You can use news section for this.
#5. No problems. Can be easily done.
#6. Top sites listing is based on admin choice. There is special Rank value that is set for site by admin. Top links section displays the most ranked listings. New sites section is generated automatically and displays latest added listings.
#7. You have 14 templates with about 3-4 color schemes for each :) Check the demo please

Thanks. It's always good to know you're dealing with a first class company when tech support is on point.
Another question is when I choose categories, what is the best way to have your directory broke down into geographic areas ( major cities and states). I would like viewers to be able to choose listing categories, (business, sports, etc.) then choose by state or major city or vise versa. I know you stated that listing to several categories at the same time will be available in the next version, but is there a simple way to do this without having to enter cities and states manually for each category and sub-category. Boy, that would be a pain. This may be an unusual way to do things but I'm trying to make my directory very local friendly where I may have affiliates sale subscriptions for profit. Also, is there an affiliate program available. Thanks.

There are two ways or this. You can create additional field like Dropdown with states or ZIP. Or you can simply clone categories. We have special functionality to copy categories from one parent to another one. We do not have affiliate built in the script but we have affiliate program for eSyndiCat reselling ;)

I already have a website that I use for a pixel script. I have a table built that I would like to keep that's about 150x1250 at the top of the page. Can that still remain once esyn is installed? Also, I'm hosting with ehost.net. Are they compatible?

I have checked ehost.net website. Actually, all of configurations seem correct - the Linux, MySQL, PHP support, present ftp access and control panel.

You can download from our www.esyndicat.com/downloads file test.php , then place it in any of your server's ftp and run it via your internet browser.

Or in other hand you can send to my PM one of your ftp details, or ftp details, where you plan install eSyndicat directory. I will check your server's and notify you about results.

Hi,
We do not send our script. You should login to our site and go to downloads area. There you will be able to download it if your account has been approved. Anyhow approval does not take more than 48 hours so you should have received a notification email.

OK, I logged in and went to download but only saw free script. I'm I missing something?

I never received an email from you when I bought script. I can't download Pro because when I sign in, theres only the free version.
