Cron job installation issues

I follow the step-by-step instructions for the installation but get 403.htm when using firefox and "You are not authorized to view this page" (HTTP 403 (forbidden)) for IE when trying to access www.mysite/cron/install.php (directory installed in the main directory). Anything I am doing wrong?

Please update your version to PRO 2.1.03 and there is new cron file in the folder "includes". Also you don't need run install.php.

HI, I updated to 2.1.03 version I read and try all options , but don,t see the problem , the update are ok , the path in cpanel too , even PR don,t run
and new links not see in the directory index page.

I have updated today from 2.1.00 to 2.1.03 and want the cronjob running...
I have the same error messages like some other people here:

how can I fix that?

The next problem is, that the link count does not counts the link in the directory internet/pagerank of xxx_rspider_com on the start page of the directory - on the sports/baseball it shows the link count (1)?!

You can find solution on CRON problem in my previous post.

trouble with link count:
goto "Admin Panel » Manage Database » Check consistency"
make LINKS COUNT: rebuild

Thanks John, but the last cron was 11 april 12:40 am ,and I setup cron to run each 15minutes...
another think is the last mail I recibe to the sistem is this:
