Thats a really excellent template WTM. If I wasn't getting one made now I would consider your creation. How can you charge so little. It is such a lot of work to create and integrate templates into the software. Looking forward to viewing others that you make. All the best in your endeavors.

Questions: Once we buy are the upgrades free - like for the next version of eSyndicat -- if you have to make changes.

2) Once I buy, how many sites can I use this?

3) Can the non - exclusive price be reduced, so people get to use them more often. (many people will buy them)

Questions: Once we buy are the upgrades free - like for the next version of eSyndicat -- if you have to make changes. There will be no free upgrades. The template is made for the stated version. If you can produce the proof of payment - you will be able to purchase updated version for discounted price.

2) Once I buy, how many sites can I use this? You can use for as many of YOUR OWN sites as you want. You are not allowed to resell it or redistribute it to anyone else.

3) Can the non - exclusive price be reduced, so people get to use them more often. (many people will buy them) The price is extremely low as it is and whole purpose of selling it is to limit amount of people who will use it.
If you want your site to look unique and ready to pay for it - you don't want every other directory to look exactly like yours...

Believe me there is a good amount of time and work involved developing custom template. Like everything else you have to pay if you want quality...
