What I showed was the error and below was the fix for the error for me anyway.

I upgraded My Php from 4.?.? to 5.2.0 Just upgrade server and error gone!!

Working fine and config. now

Thanks for the tip! Ok, I just upgraded my server to PHP to 5.2.0 and now eSyndicat 2.1.03 is working fine. That error message is no longer showing up. Now I can continue.
