Total number of links don't match

Hello,

Total number of links don't match on the actual links after i deleted some links. The links displayed on the page seems uses the previous counts before i deleted some links. How can I display the actual links on every category listing? I suspect the links is only mark for deletion but not totaly deleted, that's why it's part of the count?
