How move Categories ?

Hi,
just downloaded this software so have many question, will be happy if you can help me with this :)

1. How we can get the Categories in the left column?
2. Is it possible to use sponsored and free links together? When we want to add link and we create Plans, seems not possible to make one plan sponsored and one free.
Our idea is to choose between some sponzored level plans and one free. Do you have any idea how to do it? :)

Our version is PRO v2.1.02
