How to: show "thumbs" of youtube videos??

I'm being able to add youtube videos to a link and my idea is to show a thumb of that video on link listings (link-display)

I'm really not able to figure how to make that thumb and integrate it in the link-display template

Anyone could help me?

Ok I investigated You Tube API and it's necessary to make many changes in the script for integration you tube videos. It could be custom modification, if you have interest you could email to sales at esyndicat dot com
