remove eSyndicat directory software on index page

I've been searching on the forum but i can't see solution for removing that text "eSyndicat directory software" on index page. http://www.eweddingvendors.com

But i think this post is much understandable because as a newbie it needs proper instructions where/what to click next. On this case it tells that we should click on the 2nd icon to edit the description.
