ok I will do that because still no news.
I don't understand. This is not prossessional at all. I was counting on a service. They agreed to do it, and then ...no news anymore.

If they have no time, ok I can understand that... But please just give me the information. I'm now blocked for more than one week to go forward with the migration. If the custom template service is not possible anymore, then Simon let me know please and I'll try to find another solution.
