Error: Requested URL not found (404)

After adding new categories to my directory and changing the overall structure I am getting this message Error: Requested URL not found (404) on the main page (http://www.eastasiadirectory.com). It was working fine just yesterday. I deleted all the categories and the problem is still the same. What may be the problem?
I am using version 2.1

Hello Patrick,

I guess that it is related with mod_rewrite module or with .htaccess file. On your server must be installed a mod_rewrite module. Please check that.
