Links Checking Problem

Hi, I installed Esyndicat 1.2 some months ago and its runs well, but now suddenly when I myself try to add link through directory, its gives Error that You Link is already Exists, even If I try to add www.adlkjaldjflajfljadlf.com or any fake address its return the same error, But at the same time I am receiving a lot of submission from others. I checked my setting of Link Checking and its check type is domain.

I dont understand whats going wrong with my directory and I am receiving submission of others but I am unable to submit any link myself.

If anyone pick my point and come to any result and solution plz reply me.
