Question about product

I had a few questions before I purchase.

1. In the free version there were numerous 404 error pages, will you be installing the directory for me correctly?

2. Do I have to use a template for the design of my site? I mean is it easy to custom design or do I have to build a template or use one of your templates?

3. How will I get support cuz going thru the support forum seems slow.

4. Can I purchase to have the license removed and where all is the licensed displayed...I mean it doesnt have to say Esyndicate in the upper left hand corner like in the demo templates right??

1. Most likely you have some problems with mod_rewrite.
as long as your server meets minimum requirements (http://www.esyndicat.com/docs/install.html#requirements) script should work with no problem.

2. The script is template based. You can use one of pre-made templates, create your own or pay someone to create it for you.
If you understand HTML and CSS - you should be able to figure out how to customize the template

3. You can ask questions on the forum or submit support ticket.

4. When you pay for the Pro version - it is your right to remove copyright link.
Demo is a demo. You will replace eSyndicat logo you are talking about with your own
