Also I read somewhere you guys have a program I can upload links and categories. Is this true and where may I learn about it

Yes, we have Minimalistic template that look similar to what you would like to have. You can check our demo. There you can see all possible templates

Actually we do not recommend to use it. I think it is better to submit links manually. We have common categories dump that you can use
